The topic of this year\u2019s Veloforum is \u201cCycling tourism is the key to sustainable territorial development”.\u00a0<\/span>How does a bike help open cities from a new side? What infrastructure solutions will make cities more attractive to tourists? Why is the development of cycling tourism a necessary investment for the sustainable development of the territories?<\/p>\n

We invite you to speak about your cycling projects and ambitions of your cities in the development of bicycle transport. We are interested in successful stories; analysis of cases of established cycling infrastructure, including its planning and use; coverage of bicycle transport system in a broader context of urban development; presentations based on facts, research, best practices, references to original sources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have what to share \u2013 do not hesitate to fill an application form!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We especially look for:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. presentations of specific projects which have already been or currently being implemented;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. analysis of a complex problem and offers of its solution;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. coverage and comparison of foreign or Ukrainian experience on a specific topic;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. other genres that will be interesting to the participants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Presentations can be dedicated to cycling infrastructure and culture, research, educational activities, and promotion of bicycles, traffic safety, bicycles as an integral part of urban mobility, cycling planning, innovative cycling solutions, public-private partnership projects, cycling tourism development projects, ecology, technology and <\/span>other topics which will be interesting to the audience of Veloforum.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
