The main target groups of the event are cycling advocates, local authorities, urban planning, and transport engineers, students.<\/p>\n<p>The topic of\u00a0 Veloforum 2020 is \u201c<strong>Cycling tourism is the key to sustainable territorial development<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, Veloforum will be held in Uzhgorod as part of the cross-border project &#8220;Bike AcceNT: Bike Access Unites Territories&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Project \u201cBike AcceNT: Bicycle Accessibility Networking Territories\u201d is co-financed by the EU within the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the 11th Veloforum took place in Vinnytsia, where it gathered 200 participants and speakers from 5\u00a0 countries. The project aims at improving quality and efficiency of cycling policy and local and national levels.
